Our mission is to assist young adults that have been touched by the criminal justice system in transitioning into productive and self-sufficient members of society. We make an impact with a variety of methods designed to help them gain a foothold in the workforce. We use creative and engaging activities such as resume writing, one on one mock interviews, bootcamps and personal mentoring.
Our clients motivate us to work hard every day. We serve a community of underpaid and underemployed individuals who have a criminal background. They are challenged and disadvantaged youths who have lacked the guidance and direction they need in order to find employment. We help them find the direction they need to move forward with their lives. It is a dynamic process that involves positive change.
